2019 New Mexico High School B.A.S.S. Nation The mission of the New Mexico B.A.S.S. Nation Bassmaster High School Program is to promote and encourage youth fishing through education of fishing ethics, sportsmanship, fishing techniques and conservation of our natural resources. Through this program we will strive to develop life skills in young people while educating them to exercise leadership and support for responsible recreational fishing and stewardship of aquatic resources.
